Keg at the brewery, 10/26/24. Hazy orange, medium white head, average retention. Aroma of passionfruit, lemon, pale malt. Taste is passion, lemon, pale malt, melon, cactus. Well balanced.

Keg at the brewery, 10/26/24. As a Dark Mexican Lager. Dark ruby, large tan head, average retention. Aroma of toast, roast, smoke, chocolate. Taste is roast, coffee, chocolate. Lingering bitterness.

Keg at the brewery, 10/26/24. New brewery! Brewery #2342, USA #1938, WY #12. Murky brown, medium tan head, average retention. Aroma of caramel, toffee, raisin. Taste is toffee, raisin, smoke. Well balanced.

Taster at the brewery. Pours a clear, amber color, with a small, off-white head. The aroma is caramel, toast, light banana, cardamom, and resin. Sweet and malty, with a mellow, earthy bitterness. Light to medium body, crisp, and bready. Pretty nice.

Taster at the brewery. Pours an opaque, yellow color, with a small, bubbly head. The aroma is guava, pineapple, orgeat, spruce, and rose. Sweet and juicy, with a strong, citrusy bitterness. Medium body, sharp, and a little phenolic. A bit harsh, but not bad.

Taster at the brewery. Pours a clear, straw color, with a small, white head. The aroma is hay, grapefruit peel, grains of paradise, and quinine. Sweet, with an acrid, sticky bitterness. Light, crisp, and clingy. Fair.

Taster at the brewery. Pours dark brown, with a small, beige head. The aroma is anise, burnt toast, chicory, walnut, and dirt. Sweet and malty, with a sticky, off bitterness. Medium body, hard, and grainy. Some good stuff in there, but an unfortunate flavor.

Draft at the source. Extremely dark brown color, light tan nitro head. Cocoa and coffee grounds aroma. Taste is fruity coffee, unsweetened dark cocoa, awesome body, especially for a nitro beer
