Grapefruit, papaya, juniper berries, cloves, and lavender. Sweet and juicy, with a pretty nice, piney bitterness. Medium to heavy body, velvety, and pulpy. Bright, with lovely hop aromatics and good yeasty esters.

500ml bottle, 2025 vintage. Caramel malt aroma with notes of toffee, dark fruit, vanilla, oak and bourbon. Pours dark caramel colored with a thin tan head that has little retention and very little lacing. Starts with rich caramel, dark fruit and oak flavors as well as having a rich, full body and smooth mouthfeel. Finishes very smooth with toffee, vanilla and bourbon flavors. Very nice barleywine.
