500ml bottle, 2021 vintage. Tart cherry aroma with notes of earthy rye, straw, vanilla, whiskey, oak and a hint of funk. Pours cloudy reddish-amber colored with a thin white head that has no retention and no lacing. Starts with straw, earthy rye, vanilla and slight funk flavors as well as having a lively mouthfeel. Finishes dry and tart with cherry, whiskey and oak flavors as well as a bit warming booze at the end. Hides the booze pretty well making this dangerous.

Taster at the Lincoln Center. Pours a clear, amber color, with a fair, foamy, tan head. The aroma is caramel, light apple, oak, coriander, and walnut. Sweet and yeasty, with a mild, earthy bitterness. Light to medium, grainy, and a bit sharp. Easy and pleasant.

Grapefruit, papaya, juniper berries, cloves, and lavender. Sweet and juicy, with a pretty nice, piney bitterness. Medium to heavy body, velvety, and pulpy. Bright, with lovely hop aromatics and good yeasty esters.

Pours dark caramel colored with a thin tan head that has little retention and very little lacing. Starts with rich caramel, dark fruit and oak flavors as well as having a rich, full body and smooth mouthfeel. Finishes very smooth with toffee, vanilla and bourbon flavors. Very nice barleywine.

Taster at the COS location. Pours a clear, golden color, with a small, white head. The nose is mandarin, juniper, water cracker, and straw. Dry and grainy, with a fair, crisp bitterness. Light, slick, and a bit sharp. Nice and clean.
