Caged and Corked bottle brought back from SC. Inky dark black pour with no head or lacing. No carbonation either. The Cage was a bit pretentious I think. Intense dark and sour flavors. over ripe berried and bracingly sour pedio maybe character. I like intense sours, but this one is hard to get though.

Caged and corked bottle brought back from SC. Slight hiss on removing the VERY tight cork. A murky medium amber brown pour no head or lacing. Big aromas of toasted malts, light brown sugars and raisons/dates. Most light burnt sugars and over ripe raison and pear. Thick smooth palate. Scant carbonation. Big beer.

32oz Crowler brought back from SC Foggy light golden peach pour. Full sandy head. Lots of fresh tropical and berries on the nose and palate. Smooth light maltiness with some residual sweetness.

Copper color. Sweet caramel taste with a woody flavor and a dry, earthy moderately bitter finish.
