Copper red color. Caramel sweet malt flavor, woody dry and crisp finish. Hop bitterness is very mild.

Opaque copper color with an herbal aroma. Taste is sweet caramel malt. Crisp and dry finish, a little floral or herbal hop bitterness at the end. Nice balance.

Light brown with a roasted malt and Christmas cookie spice aroma. Taste is malty, earthy slightly sweet malt and caramel and a good balance of Christmas spices. Not over handed on the spice but enough to notice.

Amber color with lasting head. Evergreen and resin aroma. Taste is hop bitterness that has sweet malt underneath . Slightly bitter aftertaste. Step down from an IPA like a pale ale should be.

Dark brown color with tan head. Slight sweet bourbon aroma. Flavor is roasted malt and sweet caramel and toffee of a porter with a nice sweet bourbon taste that is balanced, not overpowering. Coffee ground taste at the finish leans toward a stout.

Dark yellow with pine and grapefruit aroma. Taste is typical west coast IPA with evergreen hop bitterness. Good example of the style.

Slightly cloudy deep yellow color, no head, with a sweet bread aroma. Taste is sweet malt with a quick, slight bitter hop finish. Easy drinking.
