750ml wired cork bottle from Cork & Cask. Cork ejected in loosening the wire with a loud pop. Golden colour, foamy white head that dissipates away and aroma of tangy apple, fruity, some funk. Taste is sweetish, apple, juicy, fleshy, caramel, woody funk and drying tannin. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, dry funky tannic finish. Quite drinkable.

Bottle shared at home. Clear dark golden, no head. Sweet and old apples, orange peel, musty, moldy, oaky. Sweet and juicy. Quite nice with soft funk.

Bottle shared thanks to sjogro. Almost clear deep golden with small ring of bubbles. Sweet apple, peach, sugary, light grass, light funk, soft woody tannins. Quite sweet and fruity, but light bitter tannins too and some citrus sourness. Medium bodied. Nice but a bit sugary.

Bottle shared at home in self quarantine Corona World Tour 2020. Unclear amber with short lived white head. Sweet applejuice, pig farmers’ boots, wood, salami, blue cheese, sweet grape most, apple stems, pits, treebark, clay, rust, citrus peels, marmalade, onion peels, lots of funky poopy earthy tannins. Moderate sweet and bitter, more funk than dryness, almost herbal/spicy in the funky tones. Medium body and soft carbonation.
