750mL bottle at Eremita, pours a clear pale blonde with a small white head. Aroma has plenty of funky brett, gentle tartness, fermented out yeast, and some green melon. Flavour is quite tart, with a sort of pear-like tartness, melon, big bretty notes, and gentle acidity. Structured well, albeit on the tart side; nice brett expression. Solid.

On tap at Eremita, pours a clear pale golden with a small white heae. Aroma has soft rice, floral hops, and crisp biscuity malt. Flavour has a soft, floral hops, soft malts tempered by the rice, and a gently bitter finish. Balanced well, nice hop expression, good rice incorporation. Solid.

On tap at Eremita, pours a clear dark amber with a small beige head. Aroma brings out toasted bready malt and a touch of caramel. Flavour is pretty weak, with toasted bready malt, not much else. Clean enough but totally uninteresting.

On tap at Eremita, pours a deep dark brown with a small tan head. Aroma has plenty of oats, toasted malt, and some earthy dry cocoa. Flavour is dry, with soft oats, toasted malt, and a touch of dry cocoa powder. Pretty flat and lacking malt depth. It’s okay.

Flavour is quite fruity, with a weird herbaceous character and some guava-like rotting character. Odd fruitiness here that doesn’t sit right. Not good.

On tap at Soberanos, pours a cloudy bright amber orange with a small white head. Aroma has bright guava, lightly tart blackberries, and a touch of saison yeast. Flavour is dry and actually not that fruity, with light hay, gentle blackberries, and straw. Not particularly complex nor fruity. It’s alright.

Pale, some haze. The aroma is mild, clean, slightly floral. On the palate, it's got a bit of citrusy character, light grain, a bit floral again. A touch of an acetic note in the finish. Pretty good, and balanced.

750mL bottle, pours a hazy golden with a small white head. Aroma has some citrus, an odd fungal-like bugginess, and a touch of oak. Flavour has some sweetness to it, with gentle citrus, plenty of well-integrated acidity, and too much sugar for the style but it somehow works. This one’s a bit of a head-scratcher—wouldn’t have guessed this is a Berliner (or Berliner-inspired). Pleasant, but I’m not sure it comes together or really works as is.

Poured from 750mL bottle (7% abv; lot SF006; bottled 12/24; bb 12/29; bottle 142/350). Hazed yellow gold with minimal white head. Decent citrusy mixed ferm sour with very feint yogurt note. Decent.
