Can smuggled over the border by my very sweet wife. Goblet @home. Clear, soft to medium gold, quickly vanishing soda head. Obvious cinnamon but a little bit of curious sweet nutmeg too. Smells like a spiced shortbread cookie. Super crispy, quite tart, bittersweet cookie spice, powdery Apple Jacks, subliminal lactose. Mellow to moderate bitter apple skin on the finish. Not a great texture, but a thin body & warming feels on the abv. Spices aren't overdone. Quaffable holiday one-off in between 750s of Baldwin singles.

Can smuggled across the border by my lovely wife. Goblet @home. Very very slight haze, mostly see through. Still, looks like Lipton iced tea. Smells like a tangy Arnold Palmer, if slightly more tropical & with more obvious apple skin as it warms. Tart & true, tangy lemonade butting up against a crispy, backsweetened, middling tannin cider blend. Hard carbonation, bitter-tart apple flesh, a twinge of booze plus a slightly oily lemon residual. It's a warm & refreshing combo like a natural, less sweet version of Hard Mike's. Refreshing.

On tap pours out golden topped with a white fizzy head. Nose is cinnamon baked apples wow. Taste is more of the sweet baked apples and a nice cinnamon kick.
