Sample at the taproom. Clear bronze color with a thin bone white head that dissipates quickly to an outer ring. Sparse strings of lace. Aroma of oak, malt, fruit and spice. Full-bodied with flavors of oaky bourbon, fruit, caramel malt and cinnamon. The finish is oaky with a malt and spice aftertaste. Pretty good overall.

Sample at the taproom. Clear dark amber color with a thin off-white head that dissipates steadily to an outer ring. Sparse strings of lace. Aroma of malt, cinnamon and fruit. Medium body with flavors of caramel malt, cinnamon and spice fruit. The finish is sweet with a malt and spice aftertaste. Decent overall.

Sample at the taproom. Cloudy reddish-orange color with a medium white head that diminishes gradually to a film. Strings of lacing. Aroma of oak, apricot, yeast and malt. Medium body with a tart apricot character and notes of vinous oak, herbal yeast and doughy malt. The finish is tart with a lingering apricot aftertaste. Good beer all around.

Sampled on draft at the brewery this beer poured a murky orange caramel color with an enormous fluffy orange-white head that lingered forever and left incredible lacing. The aroma was sweet, tangy and fruity. The flavor was tangy with caramel, honey, sugar, fruity hops and perfume. Long finish. Moderately full bodied.

Sampled on draft at the brewery this beer poured a murky orange-caramel color with an enormous fluffy orange-white head that lingered forever and left excellent lacing. The aroma was bitter, rough, piney and metallic with a crystal malt note. The flavor was bitter with rough pine, a metallic notes and some crystal malt. Long finish. Medium body.

Sampled on draft at the brewery this beer poured a dark copper color with a small foamy white head. The aroma was sweet and malty with golden fruit. The aroma was sweetish, yeasty and musty with notes of honey, perfume and raisin. Long finish. Moderately full bodied.

Sampled on draft at the brewery this beer poured a hazy dark golden color with a huge creamy orange white head that left great lacing. The aroma was sweet, piney and citric. The aroma was tangy and sweet with pine, cactus and an off note. Medium length finish. Moderately full bodied and smooth.

Sampled on draft at the brewery this beer poured a cloudy orange color with a large foamy yellow white head that left great lacing. The aroma was sweetish with golden fruit and orange. The flavor was bitter, perfumey, dry and astringent with some golden fruit.Long perfumey finish. Medium body.

Sampled on draft at the brewery this beer poured a black color with a huge creamy tan head that lingered forever and left excellent lacing. The aroma was dry with brewed coffee, roasty malt and smoke. The flavor was bitter, woody and acidic with brewed coffee. Long finish. Medium body.

Sampled on draft at the brewery this beer poured a murky golden color with a huge fluffy yellow-white head that lingered and left excellent lacing. The aroma was musty with Sweettart candies and a bit of perfume. The flavor was dryish, musty and chalky with Sweettart candies. Medium length finish. Medium body.
