Sample at the taproom during the Akronym Brewing Anniversary Weekend! on 06/22/2020. Hazy amber-orange pour with a medium frothy white head that recedes gradually to a film. Sticky strings of lace. Aroma of piney hops, fruit and malt. Medium body with flavors of resiny hops, grapefruit and bready malt. The finish is moderately bitter with a piney hop aftertaste. Above average overall.

Sample from 2019 batch at the taproom during the Akronym Brewing Anniversary Weekend! on 06/22/2020. Slightly hazy orange-gold color with a medium thick white head that diminishes gradually to a film. Sticky strings of lace. Aroma of citrus, yeast, hops and malt. Medium body with flavors of fruity yeast, grassy hops and malt. The finish is Belgian yeast and mild hops. Pretty good overall.

Clear copper-amber color with a medium thin frothy off-white head that dissipates quickly to an outer ring. Sparse strings of lace. Aroma of malt, gin, fruit and hops. Full-bodied with flavors of oaky gin, caramel malt, honey and hops. The finish is fruity with a malt and juniper aftertaste. Pretty good all around.

Clear copper-amber color with a medium thick foamy bone white head that diminishes gradually to a film. Partial rings of lace. Aroma of roast malt, caramel, fruit and hops. Medium to full body with flavors of caramel malt, ripe fruit, floral honey and mild hops. The finish is sweet with a malt and honey aftertaste. Pretty good overall.

Aroma of bourbon, fruit, malt and yeast. Medium to full body with flavors of oaky bourbon, fruity yeast, caramel malt and vanilla. The finish is oaky and fruity with a bourbon and Belgian yeast aftertaste. Pretty good overall.

Sparse patches of lace. Roast malt, bourbon, hops and fruit in the nose. Medium to full body with flavors of bourbon, caramel malt, earthy hop, fruit and honey. The finish is sweet and oaky with a malt and floral honey aftertaste. Pretty good overall.

Dark brown pour with some mahogany around the edges and a medium thin beige head that diminishes steadily to a film. Small patches of lace. Aroma of roast malt, chocolate and peanuts. Full-bodied with flavors of chocolate, roasted malt, peanut butter and coffee. The finish is roasty and sweet with a peanut butter cup aftertaste. Good beer all around.

Pours from crowler a clear copper-orange color with a medium thick frothy white head that diminishes gradually to a film. Partial rings of lace. Aroma of piney hops, citrus and malt. Medium body with flavors of resiny hops, grapefruit, and bready malt. The finish is moderately bitter with a lingering piney and citrusy hop aftertaste. Above average overall.
