On tap at North Center. Pours a hazy golden with a white head. Aroma has light yeasty, fruity apple. Flavor has fruity red apple, red/green grape, overall yeasty tone. Solid, but not exciting.

On tap. Dark fruit and molasses in the aroma. Flavors of ashy cocoa, molasses, and coffee, finishing with molasses, dark fruit, ash. Quite nice.

On tap. Has a light smooth sour and sweet aroma, candy, fruit, caramel. Flavor is tart, fruit and caramel, touching on pine or spruce. Good, but I'm not sure I'd want to drink a lot of it.

On tap at North Center. Pours a clear light yellow. Red apple aroma, with a tart sweetness. Lightly tart sweet red apple flavor. It has a bit of an aftertaste that I'm not a big fan of, though. Still the rest of it's decent.

On tap at North Center. Pours a somewhat hazy amber with a head head. Grapefruit aroma, generally fruity and floral hops. Flavor is hoppy citrus and floral, some malty toastiness. It's alright.

On tap. Pours black with a light tan head. Aroma is strong in soy and cocoa. Flavor again soy (not unpleasant at all in this one), cocoa, some smoke and chili pepper in there. It’s a very nice combination!

On tap. An amber pour. Aroma is hard to pin down; "candyish" is all that comes to mind. Hot pepper is very much up front in the flavor, bell pepper as well, that candy flavor coming across almost like tequila, touch of smoke in there I think. Mostly it’s just really good, though. Awesome!

Reviewed from notes.
The appearance was a murky brown color with a cap of a little white semi-foamy head that fell off at a decent pace.
The aroma had some maple syrup, light brown sugar, some caramel/toffee malts, light sweet wood and a gentle earthiness underneath.
The flavor tried to blend the sweet to the earthiness, but seemed to lean towards the maple syrup and brown sugar which bled into the aftertaste. The finish seemed to come across sweet and sticky.
The feel was about medium bodied with an almost cloying touch to it. Carbonation felt fine. ABV felt fine as well.
Overall, decent brown ale that I didn’t mind, but can see others not liking this as much.

The appearance was a dark orange almost brown color with a quickly dissipating finger’s worth of white foamy head that left a little bit of light speckled lace.
The aroma had some sweet caramel malts up front allowing some light roasty nuts sliding in underneath. Just a touch of some semi-sweet earthy hops. Super light honey.
The flavor leaned towards the sweet side at first and then developed some light roasty qualities of the nuts. Light milk chocolate. Aftertaste was malty, somewhat with the caramel. Light chocolate to caramel finish.
The feel was just a touch under medium bodied with a fair sessionability about it. Good carbonation. ABV felt appropriate. Decent smoothness.
Overall, pretty good brown ale worthy of coming to.
