On tap at Taproot Traverse City. An apple honey aroma. Flavor is lightly sweet apple juice, light tartness, some spice like ginger, nutmeg, I suppose lemongrass. A nice mix, very tasty.

On tap at Om Cafe Traverse City. Pours a clear pink-tinged amber. Ginger pretty much describes the aroma in full. Flavor of course also leads with ginger, but that leads into fruity cherry and apple. Light and tasty.

On tap at Stormcloud Brewing in Frankfort, MI. Pours a clear pale gold. Sugary white wine and green apple aroma. Flavor of lightly tart green and red apples and white grapes. Somewhat sweet. A pretty good example of a cider made with non-cider apples.
