Bottle. An almost clear one, dark golden, with a finger-thick beige head. Malty, fruity aroma with a typical lager scent. Bread, some caramel and a peppery hop scent. It's full-bodied, nicely carbonated and with a light sweetness. Bread, caramel, generic fruityness and a peppery touch. Long spiced, fruity and malty finish. A decent, sort of, dark lager, but it feels a bit messy in a way. 200618

330ml bottle from Vinmonopolet Langnes. Bubbly, beige head slowly diminishing over a close-to-clear orange-brown body. Clingy lacing. Promising aroms of dried fruits and almond. The taste profile follows suit with dried fruits, almond, and a note of cinnamon spices. Ends malt fruity, slightly roasted. Pretty alright. (Tromsø 10.01.2020).

330ml bottle from Vinmonopolet Langnes, shared with Eivind Arne. Almost naked at the surface, lacing rings down the glass, clear mahogany coloured body. Restrained smell of earth, bread and caramel. Malt-fruity flavours, moments of almond, caramel and marmalade backed by cinnamon notes. Ends malt-fruity. Fin depth. Decent Yuletide qualities. (Tromsø 23.12.2018).

05.11.2018, 0,33l bottle @ home:
Nice slightly bubbly-creamy mediumlasting head. Aroma is slightly dry sour-ish roasted, weeds, roasted grain, burnt toast, soil, paper, minerals, paper, fruit stones, burnt coffee, grass, hints of cocoa. Taste is slightly sweet roasted, dark malts, dark sugar, roasted grain, toast, sour grass, minerals, fruit stones, hay, raisins, weeds. Medium bitterness, slightly harsh sour-ish roasted mouthfeel. Fair enough, a bit too burnt...
