Description
Champion brewing company is Virginia's most progressive brewery, producing a wide variety of ales in two locations: our downtown Charlottesville tap room and our Belmont production facility. Our production brewery known as the 'missile factory' produces our core and seasonal beers on a 30-barrel brewhouse, at a current operating capacity of 15,000 barrels per year. Our original tap room produces constantly changing and innovative seasonals, one-offs, and barrel-aged wild beers.

Pale yellow colour, tiny white head. Grassy, citrusy, a bit grainy aroma. Light-bodied, refreshing. Citrus, lime peels, soft maltyness. Clean and easy. Good sauna beer.

Pours a nice darkish amber from a can. Aroma is not much to speak of, kind of a general tropical fruit, but I think I have a cold coming on or something. Flavor is somewhat fruity and bitter, thick in the mouth. Okay beer.

Can 355ml (Beer Republic, 07/??/2017)
Clear deep golden colourm small white head. Resiny hoppy aroma has some buttery notes. Light to medium-bodied, so not so malty for ABV. Resin, pine, citrus in the flavour with hints of butterness. Quite bitter but with boozy kick. Maybe not all 100% here.
