Yeasty, very farmhouse-style, dry, slight orange aftertaste, floral. Too expensive for the quality.

Bottle. Hazy amber color with white head. Aroma is cassis, leafy and vegetal, enzian-style - given this is made with enzian roots and blackcurrant leaves this is not surprising. Taste is green unripe cassis, leafy, stems, bitter and tannic. Intriguing
