Pours unclear yellow, smell is very fresh ( toothpaste, citrus, very spiced, minth ) . Taste is sharp, spiced, lemon ( both zest and juice ) , mint. very refreshing, dry finish, too high carbo though.

The chartreuse served on the side really gives a hint of what flavours to expect. Crisp and tart, bretty and spicy. Gooseberry and liqueur. Delightful!
