Description
Brewing began in 2021 in the former stable block of the Crystal Palace pub. The owner (an ex miner) on seeing the mash tun exclaimed it looked like a kibble (a big bucket used in pit shafts to move men and machinery) and the brewery name was born. A 2.5-barrel kit is used to produce mining-themed beers mostly named after local coal seams. The beers are rarely found outside the pub.

Cask. Steel City Beer Festival. Clear copper colour. Not much of a head. Light caramel biscuit malt. Some vegetal notes. Grassy hop. Sweet and astringent. Thin and underwhelming.
