Tap: Deep golden, a bit unclear, stable medium-sized off-white head; sweet malty nose with worty and metallic traces, sugary and burnt-malty, too; moderate sweet-bitter flavour, quite light bodied, well hidden alcohol; sugary-caramelly finish, gets drier in the mildly bitter aftertaste. Not convincing, needs some improvement…

Milder karamelliger Antrunk. Geringe Karbonisierung, geringfügig Alkohol. Das Karamell bleibt konstant, daneben intensiver durch getreidig-ledrige und mild hopfige Noten. Mittellanger Nachhall. Gut. 10/9/11/10//11

Süffiger, hell grasiger, dann schnell bitterer Start. Die Bitterkeit dominiert den Mittelteil, gepaart mit leichten Zitrusnoten. Dazu steigend getreidig, kernig, trocken erdiger Hintergrund. Gefällt. 8/11/12/11//11

Würzig herber, moderat getreidiger Beginn. Geringe Süße, herb-getreidig, mit der Zeit trockener. Spritzig, gut. 10/9/8/9//9

Gezapft: Pale golden, cloudy, medium-sized white head, leaving rings on the glass; moderate bitter-sweet lemony-zesty nose with a worty and yeasty background; robust bitter-sweet flavour, light bodied, as usual, and a bit fizzy; lingering zesty-bitter finish with a pale-malty support. Well crafted Bier, a bit too light for me...

Gezapft: Deep golden, hazy,, medium-sized and slowly collapsing vreamy yellowish head; moderate sweetish-bitter worty-malty nose with a mild, but spicy hoppy background; moderate bitter-sweet flavour, light to medium bodied; lingering bitter-sweet finish with good malty base. Well, a fine Export…

0.3 l on tap at the brewery. Hazy, amber with a thin, foamy, almost stable, off-white head. Sweetish, slightly malty aroma of grains, honey and hints of straw. Sweetish-malty, slightly bready taste of grains, some honey and a touch of straw, followed by a short, slightly bitter, a bit grassy finish. Medium body, smooth and slightly effervescent mouthfeel, soft carbonation. Quite nice for the style!

Moderately sweet, slightly bitter, quite grassy, moderately fruity taste of grains, fresh grass and citrus, followed by a short, moderately bitter, slightly dry, rather grassy finish. Thin to medium body, smooth and slightly effervescent mouthfeel, soft carbonation. Really good for that abv, nice session stuff!

330ml bottle, many thanks to Erzengel! Pours black, pale tan head. Aroma has corn-like malt. Fairly light and oily on the palate, taste is light with earthy dark malt, light grain, light cola, light roast. Light and drinkable, just feels a bit lacking.
