Tap at Lopni Beczku. Golden color with white head. Clear hoppy aroma of citrus hops, light apricots, zest, pines. Taste is again hop centered with citrus hops, zest, light pines.Medium long hoppy bitter finish. Very good.

Tap at Lopni Beczku.Dark beown color with beige head. Aroma of chocolate, lactose, coffee, chocolate. Taste is milk chocolate, coffee beans, riaďte malt. Nice.

Sample from the bottle at HBF2023, Helsinki. Color is slightly cloudy red with small white head. Aromas and flavors: Red berries, strawberries, raspberries, vanilla.... Lots of candy elements.

Tap at Dno Pytle. Misty reddish body with vague amber tinges, off-white head. Strawberry, lactic touches and vague funk. Medium body, bit soapy, strawberry, funk, light lactic notes, dusty. Good, not a wow but good.

Nach den eher langweiligen klassischen Hellen probierte ich das APA, das es auch vom Fass gab, erwartete mir aber nicht zu viel. Aber dieses ist wirklich gut gelungen. Es hat tolle hopfenherbe Grasnoten und im Abgang und einen harmonischen Körper. Ein wirklich tolles Bier.

getrunken als Stern Svitavská 12. Auch dieses zeichnet sich durch allgemeine Allgemeinheit aus. Gut trinkbares Lager, aber sonst wagt man keine Experimente und keine neuen hopfigen Wege. Kann man gern trinken, aber viel mehr als ein spritziger, vollmundiger Durstlöscher ist es nicht.

Das elfgrädige Bier ist nach einem der beiden Flüsse benannt, die durch die Stadt Brünn fließen. Es war gut trinkbar, aber von einem tschechischen Craftbier vom Fass bin ich mehr gewohnt, besonders mehr Süffigkeit. So kommt es eher in die Kategorie gut gezapftes Industriebier
