Keg at Casc Aberdeen. It pours clear deep amber with a sturdy fluffy white head. The aroma is sweet, candied almond, icing sugar, caramac, pink marshmallow, jam and candy. The taste is dry, fairly sharp, caramel, toffee, brown bread, digestive, grain, slightly floral, grassy, waxy peel, grain and spice with a drying finish. Medium body and moderate carbonation. Not bad.

Bottle at home. It pours black with a small tan head. The aroma is rich roasted malt, oily, umami, liquorice, hit of soy sauce, dark chocolate and marmite. The taste is smooth roasted malt, bitter - sweet, toothy, chewy, umami, dark chocolate, coffee, touch of liquorice and soy sauce with a toasty finish. Medium body and soft carbonation. Not enjoying autolysis vibes, particularly on the aroma. Will revisit the next batch and hopefully they have worked it out

Bottle from Devenick. It pours clear pale gold with an average white head. The aroma is fairly sweet, biscuit, splash of lemonade, American cream soda, grain, cereal and some nuttiness. The taste is dry, bitter, quite grainy, earthy, grassy, leafy, nuttiness, soapy floral vibe, lemonade and waxy rind with a grainy finish. Average body and carbonation. Pretty basic stuff. Reminds me of homebrew (and not particularly good homebrew either). Onwards and upwards.
