Hazy golden with a small white head. Aroma has strong vegetable sulphur with malt in the background. Sweet and malty flavour, grainy with some sulphur.

Draught at the brewpub during RBESG08. I seem to remember having quite a lot of this. Slight hazy amber with thin off whtie head. A bit like a strawberry barley wine. It’s rather good and I like the intense flavours and feel. Reminded me of Hog’s Back A Over T which Ungstrup said he disliked when I mentioned this.

Draught at the brewpub during RBESG08. Hazy pale gold. Thin off white. This isn’t at all bad. Plenty of character, bit of hop bite. Definitely yeasty. As I say, ok character. Fine.

Draught at the brewpub during RBESG08. Deep brown/ruby. Again sweetish malt. It’s alright, but just a tad sweet. Some fruit. Fine. But a tad syrupy maybe.

Draught at the brewpub during RBESG08. Very dark brown/ruby. Quite malty, but very drinkable, bit too syrupy on the malt for me, but not overly sweet. I can see that people would like this, but it’s too sweet for me I think. Aroma is good though. Fine.

Draught at the brewpub during RBESG08. Hazy pale gold, thin white head. A bit uncultured, maybe a little lacking in body, hop and character. Plain, but simple. Not awful, just plain, some hop somewhere.

Draught at the brewpub during RBESG08. Hazy gold, thick beige head. A bit sickly alcohol, but true to form I rather like it. European strong lager, but with some earthy yeast. It’s cool.

Draught. Amber colour, mediumsized beige head. Aroma is caramel, some yeast and slight fruits and alcohol. Flavour is bready, yeasty, slightly alcoholic and mild notes of some flowery hops. Balanced, and drinkable compared to the ABV.
