The change in the U.S. beer scene has undoubtedly been revolutionary. We are proud of what we have accomplished in our short time to become a leader and innovator in the industry. The evolving tastes of beer drinkers has demanded bigger flavors, more variety, and better beer. That’s exactly what we give you at Revolution Brewing. Between our brewery and our brewpub, we produce dozens of different beer styles every year. IPAs, porters, pilsners, Belgian-style ales, pale ales, barrel-aged beers — the list goes on!

Our brewery has been a labor of love. You can see it in everything we do, from the beautiful details of our mahogany bar at the brewpub, to the massive beauty of our eight 800 barrel fermenters at the brewery, to the commitment to quality in each beer that we put in a can or a keg. Revolution believes in the value of hard work. We work hard to provide great, accessible brews for everyday people. We have fun doing what we do and hope you have fun drinking our beers!

Enjoyed on tap at Goose Island Stout Fest 2012 in Chicago, IL. This was fantastic. Appearance is pitch black with a rich off white head. Aroma of strong yeast and hops presence, more hoppy than anything else, which was welcome after drinking a ton of dominating/un-hoppy beers. Taste equal parts hops and chocolate which is unique, taste its pretty good, tad bitter, but thoroughly enjoyable. Great stuff!

On tap at the brewpub. Pours black with a brown head that dissipates to the edges. Aroma has a strong barrel note with a decent amount of dark grains and rye with a strong alcohol backing. Flavor is quite boozy/bourbony slightly astringent with backing dark grain, rye and a hint of vanilla.

Enjoyed on tap at Blind Robin in Chicago, IL while hanging out with some friends. I didn’t take notes while drinking this, but this style is typically not my ’go to’ style and this was fantastic. Appearance was a nice bright, glowing cloudy yellow with a frothy white head. Aroma of the standard coriander & citrus that came out nicely. Taste was pretty mellow but retained that nice backing of spice with maybe a hint of hops added that provided the citrus. Really enjoyed this one, should have drank multiples of this instead of the other beer I had.
