From tap at the brewpub, written with one p on the chalkboard. Pours dark hazy orange with a creamy off-white head. Light acidic and mild wheaty aroma, not classic estery but holds a solid butterish note. Butterish flavoured with a mild caramel malt note and only a vague estery wheat flavour. Ends dry caramel flavoured.

Draught@brewpub (at 14°). Amber colour, small creamy white head. Aroma is juniper, yeast, diacetyl and some berries. Flavour is quite much the same, diacetyl mixed with berries and wood. A rather special and weird brew.

Draught at the brewpub (6/5/05): Dark golden colour, hazy, long lasting firm foam; fresh, herbal. distictive hoppy nose, malty flavour leading to a long lasting, hoppy aftertaste; smooth, well balanced. This beer is unfortunately no longer offered in the pub; they change there their range of beers monthly, only the 12,3° PuB is a regular offer. The actual beer of the month is announced on the web-site.
