A: hazy bright yellow, stable, frothy, white head.
A: coriander, clove, white bread, lemon zest.
T: sour lemon, spicy coriander.
F: peppery hops, spices & bread.
P: medium body, slick texture, fizzy carbonation.
Quite spicy, but works well here.

A: hazy ochre, small, white head.
A: unripe banana, yellow apple, lemon zest, clove.
T: sweetish banana, bitter clove & pepper.
F: grassy hops, yellow fruits and spicy clove.
P: medium body, slick texture, average carbonation.
Distinctly spicy, bit too much maybe.

Bottle 0.44l at the brewery. Cloudy, pale gold colored. AROMA- coriander, orange peel, malt, vanilla. FLAVOR- neutral, bitter, yeasty, the same as aroma. Medium bodied. Good.

Bottle 0.44l at the brewery. Lightly cloudy, amber colored. AROMA- caramel, plums. FLAVOR- neutral, slightly sour, moderately bitter, toasted malts, pale plums, spicy. Medium bodied. Average.

Draught at the brewery. Lightly cloudy, amber colored. AROMA- malt, a bit toasted, fermented, tones of plums and cranberries. FLAVOR- neutral, moderately bitter, caramel, plums, spicy. Medium bodied. Average one.

Draught at the brewery. Lightly cloudy, straw colored. AROMA- apple pie, cinnamon, clove. FLAVOR- neutral to dry, lightly bitter, spicy, clove, malt, apple. Medium bodied. Close to smooth spicy cider. Tasty.

Draught at the brewery. Almost clear, deep gold colored. AROMA- fermented, malty, apple, apricot, touch of floral hops. FLAVOR- neutral, lightly sour, lightly bitter, malt, sour apples, touch of floral hops. Medium bodied. Really not bad.
