Bottle 500ml.Clear medium amber orange colour with a small, open and fizzy, virtually none lacing, fully diminishing, off-white head. Aroma is light to moderate malty, caramel, old malt, citrus. Flavour is light moderate sweet with a average duration, caramel, malt, citrus, artificial. Body is light to medium, texture is watery, carbonation is soft. [20130630]

Bottle @ Cafe Abseits, Bamberg. Pours cloudy golden with a small off white head. Nose is fresh hops. Grapefruit, peach and citrus with a caramel malty nose. Okay balance. Crisp finish.

Bottle looks simple but good. Beer in the glass zippy, nice head. Starts mild, modest dry, malty notes more and more grasy. Mild sourish with fruity hints of lemon. Not much difference to the Neunhofer Pils. Not bad!
