Bottle @ Aarhus tasting. Hazy reddish amber with a white head. Aroma is sweet, malty, caramel and light hoppy - fruity. Flavor is quite sweet and light bitter. Sweet finish. Lacks bitterness. 150915

Bottle 0,33l. Hazy, yellow/orange colored. AROMA- smoked, mate, yeasty. FLAVOR- strongly smoked, fresh sour, mate, bitter finish. Smooth, medium bodied, drinlable.
Much more like smoked ale than classic weizenbier; mate taste and smell is quite significant. Interesting and tasty.

Appearance: Clear, light amber color. Huge, white head.
Taste: Light sweet, malty, light bitter.
Palate: Medium body. Light bitter finish.
Overall: OK semi-dark.

Bottle 0,5l. Cloudy, amber colored beer. Aroma of pale and caramel malts, grains, cherries, red berries, woody hops, a bit citrusy and tropical fruit. Flavor is smooth, slightly sweet, malty and fruity, but dominant taste is quite bitter, not unpleasantly, but other flavors are little bit suppressed. Medium bodied.
Bitter, quite good, tasty ale.

Keg at the brewpub in Pilzen Day 3 of Fergus and Sarah’s Czech jaunt. 1/10/14. Murky red / copper coloured pour with a lasting loose cream coloured head. Aroma is toffee, sweaty caramel, . Flavour is composed of toffee, amber malts, honey, caramel, bit of wheat, some berry fruits. Palate is very high carbonation, gassy, semi-sweet. Firm bitterness, and caramelised berry fruit.

Aoroma is spicy lemon citrus, resin, caramel and some pine needle. Flavour is tobacco, spicy hop, carbonic acid, rough piney bitterness, orange rind. Assertive hop bitterness. rough very high carbonation. Rough round the edge but ok, maybe a little too much caramel.

Tap at Staroslovien. Aroma fruity, diacetyl. Clear ruby-brown colour. Stable head. Taste about the same, with caramel and roasted notes poking out and hops drowned in overly malty balanced. Leaves you longing for something better.
