Draft at Rad van Wageningen 12 sep 2021 during Waogenings Beer Geeks Meeting. Color: Black, light brow head. Aroma: Coffee. Taste: Coffee, sweetish vanilla hints. Roasted malt background. Over moderate sweet and bitter. Very smooth mouthfeel. Boozy hints. Very nice.

Bottle, 0.33l. Aroma is grassy, grainy, floral, yeasty and faint sulphuric. Pours cloudy dark golden color with thick soapy off-white head, yeast particles floating and average sparkling appearance. Taste starts medium sweet and sour grainy, citrusy and bready, following is yeasty, medicinal and herbal, mouthfeel is smooth and spicy, while finish is pretty bitter. Medium body, creamy texture and average carbonation in palate. No big deal about it…

Foamy light brown head stayed on a hazy reddish brown still body. Berry & spiced aroma. Medium to thin bodied, smooth with a tickle on the throat. Berries, spiced, pine & caramel tastes with a toffee finish. Pleasant & drinkable

330ml bottle. Cloudy, orangey dark golden to amber colour with average, frothy to creamy, moderately lasting, minimally lacing, white head. Yeasty fruity aroma, notes of apricot, peach, mirabelle, minimally grassy, hoppy overtones, minimally spicy, malty background with a touch of speculoos. Taste is sweet, pale and wheaty malty, yeasty fruity, notes of apricot, peach, mirabelle, a sugary touch, hints of speculoos, mildly bitter and minimally grassy, hoppy counterpart, some peppery yeasty spiciness as well. Creamy-oily texture, smooth and soft palate, fine and soft carbonation. Nice tension between relatively clean, yeasty fruity flavours and a more dirty, yeasty spicy partition - quite interesting.
