On tap at the brewery. Pours clear, bubbly yellow, with a small, rocky, white head. The nose is lemon, strong coriander, biscuit dough, and mild bubblegum. Sweet, with good yeasty esters, and nice touch of savory spice. Light body, crisp, fizzy, and clean. This is a surprisingly well made witbier. Good yeast character, and no hops. Quite nice.

On nitro at the brewery. Pours dark brown, with a big, foamy, tan head. The aroma is bitter coffee, chocolate malt, and acidic earth. Sweet and malty, with a mild earthy bitterness and a touch of unintended tartness. Medium body, chalky, chewy, and clean. Not a bad stout, but it’s missing something...
