Description
Pure Project is a small batch, ingredient-centric craft brewery with a mission to build community and a reverence for beer as an agricultural product by staying true to our ethos of quality ingredients, sustainability, and attention to detail.
To us, beer is art.
We believe every beer should tell a story; just like a world class meal, a perfect cup of coffee or a timeless wine, and we aim to bring that same level of passion, creativity and artistry to the ever evolving craft beer community.
We look forward to sharing our art with that movement by providing an experiential brand to give context to the beer in your glass.

Fruity notes of grapefruit and pineapple, melon and papaya, splash of lemon, pine needles, hop spice, soft semi creamy sweet malty backbone, robust hoppy finish. Good stuff.

Can from Stefan: pours gold with white head. Can is unfortunately rather old. The crispness or whatever is unfortunately dissipated and the pale maltiness sort of takes over the hops.

On a three beer flight in The Pizza Store by OC Local on 23rd April 2025. Wispy white head on a misty golden body. Citrusy and boozy, plenty of tropical fruitiness throughout.

Part of a three beer flight in the OC Local Taproom on 22nd April 2025.
Murky yellow body, opaque; white crust on top. Fruity little number with tropical leanings, juicy cocktail sort of thing.

Pint can. Pours a somewhat haze yellow color with a small white head. The aroma is medium in strength with a distinct floral character, almost perfumy. The taste, unlike the aroma, is only mildly perfumy(thank god) also in the taste is some cracker, herbal/spicy hops. There is also a bit of underlying rose sweetness. The palate is light and crisp with soft carbonation. Finishes short and dry. Overall: Decent--but not really my kinda Pilsener. Paired well with some Extra Toasty Cheez-it's.
