750ml bottle I brought back from Christchurch, pours a clear gold, no head, plenty of carbonation. Nose is nice, crab apple, sauvignon grapes, some cheese, a little under ripe orange. Flavors of green and crab apples, lime, tart green grape. Flinty and finishes dry.

Poured a clear golden yellow color with a fizzy white head. Aroma was light, tart apples. Nice semi-dry finish to this one. Really good stuff. Bottle at the DC area socially distant Fall 2020 tasting.
