Tap@MBCC 2018 Yellow Session, Copenhagen - pours black with a tan head. Roasted and sweet malty with chocolate, caramel and toffee sweetness, burnt dark malty nuances, full bodied, bourbon infused wooden accents into the dark malty close.

Keg at MBCC 2018 Yellow (session Juan), 11/05/18. Pinkish red with a decent crimson cap. Nose is tangy raspberries, damp straw, light citric pith, funk. Taste comprises red berry sherbets, balsa wood, raspberry pips, damp hay. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close with a moderate level of acidity. Ok sour but perhaps lacks depth for 7%/

Keg at MBCC 2018 Blue (session Zwei), 11/05/18. Cherry red with a decent crimson cap. Nose is funky berry sherbets, grass, light wood must. Taste comprises tangy red berries, balsa wood, lemon rind, cherry stones, damp hay. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, drying close. Decent enough gose.

Keg at MBCC 2018 Blue (session Zwei), 11/05/18. Black with a solid tan cap. Nose is chocolate, spiced, rich barrel, dark chocolate, fruit rinds. Taste comprises roast malts, liquorice, spice, charr, dark fruit rinds, solid barrel tones, chocolate, burnt toffee. Medium plus body, fine carbonation, semi drying close with balanced alcohol. Solid stuff.

Draught, taster. Sampled on the 12/05/2018 at "Mikkeller Beer Celebration 2018", Copenhagen. Hazy yellow coloue with a frothy white head. Aroma is grassy hops, pine needle, tropical fruits and citrus. Taste is the same with an intense hoppy finish. Long aftertaste and medium carbonation. Next one please!

Keg at MBCC 2018 Yellow (session Juan), 11/05/18. Pitch black with a decent tan head. Nose is bitter roast, chocolate, spice, light coffee. Taste comprises brown sugar melt, spice, chocolate, toffee, dried fruits. Full bodied, fine carbonation, warming alcohol in the close. Drinks easy for a 14% number.

MBCC 2018. Red. Pedal to the Metal session. Keg. Opaque dark brown beer, small pale tan head. Fairly thin dark malts, mild tangy dark chocolate. Modest calvados in the mid. Woody dry finish. Nice flavour but thin and dry.
