MBCC 2018. Blue. Blood and Fists session. Keg. Opaque dark brown beer, small pale tan head. Smooth and semi dry palate, decent fine carbonation. Reasonable dark chocolate in the somewhat thin dark malts. Little bourbon spice. Light dry finish. Decent but fairly standard stuff.

MBCC 2018. Blue. Blood and Fists session. Keg. Hazy paleish red beer, small peach colour head. Lighy dry palate, decent fine minerally carbonation. Mild sourness. Generic berry fruits. Light savoury vibe on the dry finish. A too dry and a little recessed flavour wise.

Nice light brown slightly bubbly-creamy mediumlasting head, deep dark pour. Aroma is slightly sweet mineraly, dark sugar, weeds, minerals, alcohol, bark, toast, dark malts, soil, licorice, sour coffee. Taste is slightly dry sour-ish roasted, dark sugar, sweet licorice, minerals, bark, alcohol, dark malts, weeds, soil, hay, paper, sour coffee. Medium to longlasting bitterness, slightly sweet sour-ish boozy mouthfeel. Not really my cup of coffee.

Keg at MBCC 2018 Red (session Trois), 12/05/18. Amber pour with a light beige cap. Nose is earthy fruit rinds, toffee, straw, brett, light spice Taste comprises damp hay, apple core, citric rinds, wood must, funk. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close with a tarte fruit edge. Pretty average as sours go.

Keg at MBCC 2018 Red (session Trois), 12/05/18. Black with a decent tan head. Nose is sweet chocolate, apple brandy, toffee, dark malts. Taste comprises sweet malts, chocolate, dark fruits, calvados, light spice. Full bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close with a rising boost. Ok impy but doesn't really stand up to the hard competition surrounding it at this festival !

Five Boro Craft Beer Fest: Pours your typical NE haze... white head. hoppy and sort of sweet. Lightly bitter. Well done. Nothing out of the ordinary or what passes for it these days.

Draught @ Five Boro Craft Beer Fest. Cloudy golden with large foamy off-white head, sweet citrus aroma, high carbonation, medium bitter citrus peel taste with faint stinky cheese flavor, alcohol undertones, thin body, long finish with little alcohol aftertaste. Potent and tasty.
