Aromas of huge juicy, lightly tart/tangy boysenberry, raspberry, blackberry, strawberry, blueberry, fruit skin/seeds, lemon, lime, peach, plum, pear, apricot, red/green apple, currant, red grape/wine, hay, straw, grass, vanilla, cream, wheat, cracker, white bread dough, light pepper/lacto funk, and yeast earthiness. Damn nice aromas with great balance and complexity of berries, fruity/fairly acidic yeast, lactose, and pale/wheat malt notes; with big strength. Medium carbonation and medium-plus body; with a very smooth, creamy/silky/bready/grainy, and lightly acidic/tangy/tannic mouthfeel that is fantastic. Zero warming alcohol for 6%. Overall this is a fantastic fruited milkshake sour! All around fantastic complexity, robustness, and balance of berries, fruity/fairly acidic yeast, lactose, and pale/wheat malt flavors; very smooth and easy to drink with the mellowly acidic/tangy/tannic/drying finish; amazingly soft feel, and not overly lactic. Amazing balance between juicy/jammy berries, Lacto complexity, lactose, and pale/wheat malts against acidity. Not overly sweet/heavy from lingering dryness. Great soft feel, and not aggressive. Awesome Idaho 7, Citra, Cascade profile. Super juicy, and fairly dank/earthy hops; with a great balanced wheat/oat/malt backbone. Awesome Simcoe, Citra, and Lotus profile. Very juicy, vibrant, and fairly dank/earthy hops; with a great balancing wheat/malt backbone. Light residual sweetness with lingering dryness. A really enjoyable offering, and awesome style example as usual. First time having Lotus hops, but it works great with the other two as expected.

Mildly lactic, and not overly salty. Enormous amounts of juicy/jammy plums, balanced Lacto complexity, and wheat/malts against acidity. Lightly sweet with lingering tart/tangy dryness. A highly enjoyable offering, and spot on style example. Sweeter than expected, but has tons of fruit to balance it out.
