(On tap @ Witchstock 2018, Toronto, Sept 29/18) Pours very lightly hazy pale gold with a white head. Notes of richly floral sweet-tart passionfruit, juicy lactic citrus, white wine, musky florals, moderately balanced and beautifully integrated tequila barrel, drying woody tannins, long aftertaste of passionfruit, wine and a hint of tequila lingering on, a touch mineral. The sweet-tart balance carries the whole way through. Medium-bodied and quite softly carbonated. Just beautiful integration of fruit and barrel here, highlight of the festival for me.

Medium bodied. Solid modern DIPA, not quite pure juice but well-balanced and drinkable.
