About
We’re a small mead project based in Göteborg, Sweden. Highly inspired by our favourite meaderies from (mainly) the US we currently produce very small batches of craft mead as an independent brand under the wings of our friends at O/O Brewing. Home mead makers since September 2016 we moved our mead making equipment to the O/O brewery in September 2018 and went commercial. Since then we’ve continued experimenting and learning more about mead making trying to make the kind of meads we ourselves like to drink.

Flavor is moderate to heavy sweet with a long duration, barrel, honey, caramel, nectar. Body is medium, texture is oily - creamy, carbonation is flat, finish feel is warming. [20220513]

Flavor is moderate to heavy sweet with a average duration, honey, dark berries as bilberries - blackberries - black currants - raspberries - red currant, minty notes. Tap @MBCC 2022, Green Session. Clear dark red brown, no head. Honey, berry, vanilla aroma. Sweet flavour, sweet berries, something like sourish cherries or vanilla. Perfumy honey in the finish. Very nice.
