Flavor is moderate sweet with a long duration, barrel, honey, blackcurrant, light plums, dry. Body is medium, texture is oily - syrupy, carbonation is flat, finish feel is warming. [20220513]

Bottle. Rather clear golden color with no head. Aroma is nice beeswax, honey, not so much gooseberries yet. Taste is indees gooseberries, honey, nice integration of the two flavours. Oily mouthfeel, flat. Nice one!

Bottle. Dark purple color with no head. Aroma is blackcurrants, good honey, the blackcurrants are overtaking though. Taste is tannic berry skins, honey, pretty tart too. Oily mouthfeel, flat. Tasty!

Bottle. Deep golden color with no head. Aroma is coconut, waxy honey, vanilla too. Taste is waxy honey, vanilla, a bit coconut, quite a bitter touch in the finish. Oily mouthfeel, flat. A slow sipper, but good!
