Description
Selfmade Brewery is a do-it-yourself brewery. Simply put, a team whose main tenet is to improve their professionalism and create the perfect drink. Our main technologist is Alexander Gromov, a professional brewer, guru and ace in the brewing industry. He has in his portfolio a professional diploma of a process engineer at MGUPP in the specialty of brewing. Behind Alexander the seminars at the Berlin Institute of Brewing, an internship in Spain at the Naparbier Brewery, experience in the Moscow Brewing Company, as well as hundreds of successful brewing at various Russian breweries.

Tap. Cloudy dark brown color, creamy foam. Aroma: esters, toffee, caramel, raisins, cocoa, dried fruits, port wine. Taste: toffee, wine, caramel, dried fruits, a little chocolate, raisins, cherries quite a bit, hidden alco.

Tap. Pale amber color, white foam. Sweet strawberry flavor like chewing gum with strawberries, exotic fruits, a hint of mango. Sweet taste, strawberry, mango, other fruits, candy.

Draft at Tochca. Purple color. Floral blackberry aroma. Taste is sour mixed berries and honey. Nice.
