Description
We are brewers first, and proud of it. We take quality seriously and our focus is on producing fresh, expressive American beers. Our team brews these modern classics in a sprawling pre-Civil War industrial complex in the lower Hudson Valley of New York, striking a contrast between tradition and innovation.

Tap at The Blind Tiger. Opaque black color, small steady beige head, lace. Aroma is toasted and citrus hoppy. Medium-bodied. Toasted and fruity hoppy CDA like flavor. Not so fruity than in ales, finish is a bit hard. Interesting.

Tap at The Blind Tiger, NY. Slightly hazy orange color, good white head. Herbal, fruity hoppy aroma. Some odd fruits there. Medium-bodied. Pineapple, grapefruit, some more exotic fruityness. Warming aftertaste. Something odd there which I dont like so much although it is ok dipa.

Lantern Hall, Brooklyn tap: pours near black with an off white head. Aroma is light citrus, roasty malts, very much a lager in the aroma. Taste is somewhat bitter with nice light citrus notes but nothing excessive in that regard. Easy to drink and fairly light bodied. This beer does not hit you over the head.

Draft at Fools Gold. Clear gown pour with a clean, sheeting froth of white head. Clean, fruity hop aroma. Resin and dank hops as well. A little sweet with a clean, bitter close. Easy drinking hop goodness that's on the less bitter end of the spectrum. Dries out a bit on the close.

Growler from Milk and Hops, Chelsea. Hazy yellow pour. Thin, frothy off-white head. Lots of lacing on the glass. Grapefruit aroma, with some resiny notes. Resin notes and some nice honeydew as well. Clean feel, a little dry. Very sessionable, crisp, and clean.
