Draft - Balsamic and malts with a bit of raisin on the nose. Cloudy amber red with a beige head. Tastes much as it smells with a definite soured malt as the backbone. Pretty decent and I would love it even more if the ABV were a bit lower.

Draft - Chilli peppers on the nose. Hazy gold with a small head. A slight grapefruit and then building chilli heat. Peppers are dominant and really much like many of these beers, unique but not really something I would want to drink.

Draft - Lots of fresh grapefruit on the nose. Cloudy gold with a decent white head. Just like a really strong and tart grapefruit juice. Not much in the way of beer.

Draft - Cocoa and roast with some nice unusual medicinal herbal notes. Deep dark brown with a rich beige head. Cocoa and medicinal herbal notes. Odd flavors, not sure what Echinacea really smells or tastes like but this is rich and quite pleasant.

On tap at Storm, pours black with a small beige head. Nose brings out nothing but echinacea flowers, twigs and earthy notes. Flavour is the same, balanced with more of the base stout to create an earthy, semi-sweet palate. Surprisingly good stuff.

On tap at Storm, pours a dark orange with a small beige head. Nose brings out grapes, cranberries and blueberries - very fruity. Flavour is extremely fruity, with grapes and blueberries upfront. Moderately sweet and lightly sour. Interesting beer - not bad.

On tap at Storm, pours a golden orange with a small white head. Aroma and flavour brings out citrus hops upfront, with some lightly tart grapefruit and vinous notes. Strange concoction, but it works pretty well. Dry and lightly tart on the finish. Good stuff.

Draft - Light caramel and grains on the nose. Clear copper with a decent white head. More light caramel and light grains, nothing particularly exciting.
