Bottle. Pours a clear straw colour with an off-white head. Fresh aroma with lots of cold apples and some barn yard and earth. The flavour follows up with nice balanced apples in the mouth feel. Slick and crisp mouth feel, and a medium body. Medium dry. Very refreshing and tasteful.

330 ml bottle, from Vinmonopolet, Nettbutikken. Organic. ABV is 6.0%. Clear and very pale straw colour, pours sparkling with a large white head that actually lasts a while. Aroma of apple must and funky cellar. Light bodied. Medium dry flavour of apples and dust.

Bottle @ home. Clear pale golden body under a big, foamy white head. Aroma of fresh, acidic apple. Taste is light and refreshing, more then less just like new pressed apple juice. Medium body and aftertaste. Not very complex really, but really refreshing with balanced acidity.
