Bottled. An unclear yellow beer with a huge yellow head. The aroma has notes of dusty hops and wheat. The flavor is sweet with notes of wheat, lemons, and dusty hops, leading to a bitter finish.

33 cL bottle. Pours clear and golden yellow with a huge white head. Aroma is estery and dry. Banana, spiced and herbal. Mild citric note. Dry and bitter into the finish. Dry and estery.

Bottled. A hazy golden beer with a yellowish head. The aroma has notes of straw and hops.the flavor is sweet with notes of straw, lemons, and hops, leading toa bitter finish.

33 cL bottle. Pours cloudy orange with a huge white head. Aroma is smooth fruity, grapefruity and mild citrusy. Bitter, citrusy and grapefruity. Smooth and citrusy. Bitter and crisp hoppy finish.

Almost a gusher. Giant foamy head quickly dissipates leaving a murky light brown beer with lots of floaties. Aroma of sweet caramel malts. This is also present in the taste which is also a little bit roasted. Only a light bitterness in the finish. Body is quite thin and the gassiness a bit intense. Maybe the bottle conditioning didn’t go so well in this one.

Hazy yellow. Initial bright white head quickly fades away. Aroma of wheat, lemon, and yeast. Flavour is very lemony to the point of being quite sour. Much too sharp for a hefeweizen.

Bottle 330ml. @ home on the terrace.[ Trade by fiulijn ]. Clear dark black brown colour with a small large, frothy to creamy and speaking ! good lacing, mostly lasting, beige head. Aroma is moderate to heavy malty, moderate roasted, chocolate, dark chocolate, milk chocolate, caramel, moderate yeasty, light alcohol - phenol. Flavour is moderate to heavy sweet and moderate bitter with a long duration, roasted, chocolate malt, dry. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft. [20120705]

33cl bottle bought at AMCA’12 (Madrid). Black colour without head. Aroma is toasty with notes of red fruits. Flavour is roasty, with notes of coffee and dark chocolate. The final is slightly bittery. Carbonation and body is medium.
