For the 31th December and my first impression was not the best and it was too sour and tart at the beginning but after this sourness became more acceptable with an interesting side of fruit, raspberry, a bit spicy and something more smooth at the mouth, 31.12.21

Interesting beer, best before october 2021, opening it yesterday at home during the night. Interesting amber beer, a bit sour, malty, interesting side of fresh fruit, strawberry, rather dry, a bit watery, mineral, refreshing, better than the ipa version, 05.03.22, purchased at one cheese shop, Fribourg, drinking it at Epalinges.

Not really an impression to drink an ipa, drinkable but it was an impression to drink a kind of sour kriek and a sensation to havd an infected brassion, sourness present all the time not citrus and bitter, the hop is too classical for this kind of beer, 29.11.21, drinking it at Épalinges

From one cheese shop at Freiburg, opening this bottle on sunday after my arrival from Sevilla. Unbalanced at the beginning, some sourness and carbonated but after some sips it becomes better with yeasty and nutty note, fruity, some hop, 06.04.2022
