The bottle looks simple, but good. The beer in the glass fine turbid, small head. Starts mild, but not washy. Fine fruity like lemon, fine sourish. Well balanced finish, spicy-sourish. I liked it!

Bottle looks simple, but good. Beer in the glass very zippy, nice head. Starts mild, modest hoppy, not too dry, spicy-wheaty. Finish still mild, well balanced, wheaty. Quite drinkable. Good pils!

Bottled@Helsinki Beer Festival 2011. Deep rubiyish amber colour with a small head. Aroma is roasted malts, some dark dry fruits, chocolate, quite bready and also some mild notes of diacetyl. Flavour is quite much the same. Pleasant and refreshing dunkel.

Flavour is caramel malts, some fruits, alcohol as well as some mild earthyness. Aftertaste is dominated by sweet malts, mild fruityness as well as some alcohol.

Bottle @HBF 2011. Poured dark copper color with a frothy head. Aroma was sweet caramel malty and peas. Flavor was caramel malt, some roastedness, sweet. Some alcohol also. Ok doppelbock.
