Bottle, shared by papsoe. It pours a hazy, orange-golden body under an off-white head. Banana-sweet nose with cloves and some grains. A bit weak on the flavor, with banana, a touch of citrus, cloves, grains and a tiny bitterness. It could sure use more of everything. Medium to thin body, effervescent. A quite boring hefe, probably suffering from it’s low ABV. (080823)

(Bottle 50 cl) Clear amber golden with an off-white head. Sweetish caramel and overripe fruit in the nose. Medium body, slightly tart, some caramel and a whiff of roasted malt. Dry finish with a discreet bitterness. Not much of a Dunkel really - almost more like a Vienna. 051008
