Cask at Bexley Beer Fest. Clear amber. Frothy translucent white head doesn't quite provide full coverage. Aroma is spicy with a sharp edge to it. Makes me think of a samosa. Flavourwise we have a big sour streak albeit it's nondescript. Rye. Citrus. Resinous bitter edge. Obligatory spice. Light-medium bodied..Slick. Soft carbonation..Long dry slightly astringent finish. Nice enough.

Gravity cask at day 2 of the 40th Pigs Ear Beer festival, Round Chapel Hackney, 04/12/24.
Golden blonde topped with a lasting frothy white head.
Nose is grass, herb, straw, lemon rind.
Taste comprises citric ringed straw, herb, grains, pale malts.
Medium bodied, soft carbonation, drying close.
So so ... rather twiggy in its outlook.

Som Born Blonde 3,8%. Delt med Rune. Mørk stråfarget. Middels høyt tett skum som daler sakte. Spotlacing. Forsiktig maltaroma. Smaken kjeks & litt skaptbrent malt. Tørr avslutng. Bra bitterhet.
