Tap@ Black door. Pours amber color with a thick white head. Aroma has grainy malts, some buttery notes, hint of apples... Flavor has grains, sweetness, hops and mild green apple notes. Drinkability is good though.

All in all an unexpectedly pleasant brew…

Bottle: Golden with a greenish sheen, mid-sized and relatively stable lacy White head; grainy-strawy nose with a papery touch; light to medium sweetish-bitter flavour, barely medium bodied, soft MF; quite mild strawy-grainy finish, some subdued bisquity flavours still detectable. Sigh...

Poured a clear golden straw with a large frothy white head. Aroma of yeast and hops. Medium, lively body, flavour of alt and grassy hops.

Bottle 500ml. w. swing top @ home. [ As Engelbräu Rettenberg Allgäuer Brotzeitbier ].Clear medium orange yellow color with a large, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, off-white to white head. Aroma is moderate malty, hay, pale bread, sweet malt, light grain. Flavor is moderate sweet and light to moderate bitter with a average to long duration, sweet malt, sugary, hay.
