Bottle: Clear, chestnut-amber coloured, bigger - slowly collapsing - fluffy off-white head, slightly sweet caramelly nutty nose with a very faint hoppy background; moderate - not too - sweet - bitter flavour, soft, light to medium bodied; slightly lingering caramelly-hoppy finish. Average, but nice Dunkel......

Bottle: Pale greenish-golden, mid-sized white fluffy head; moderate to solid spicy aromatic-hoppy nose, underpinned by some sweet pale malt; moderate bitter-sweet flavour, light to medium bodied, soft and creamy MF; lingering aromatic-hoppy finish, balanced by some pale malt. Quality seems to have really improved........

Bottled. Ambery brown colour with a mediumsized creamy off-white head that leaves some lace. Aroma is caramel malts, mild burnt sugary notes as well as some slight grassyness. Flavour is caramel malts, some toffee, mild burnt sugary notes as well as some slight fruity and hoppyness.

Bottled 330ml. -at Ausschank Schnitzlbaumer, Traunstein, Bavaria, Germany.
Reddish/brown coloured, small off-white head, weak caramel nose. Sweet malty, strong caramel and light grainy taste with touch of alcohol in the finish. Too sweet and pretty boring bock.

Slight hazy yellow coloured, medium sized white head that went away fast, dusty nose. Moderate malty, discreet hoppy and some cereals with metallic notes in the finish. Not so good beer.

Yellow/golden coloured, medium sized white head, bready nose. Malty, slight fruity and hoppy taste with bready notes in rather bitter finish. Low carbonation, drinkable but weak.

Brown coloured, medium to big sized creamy pale beige head, sugary caramel nose. Sweet and roasted maly, toffee and caramel with peppery touch in the finish. Too sweet dunkel.

Cloudy orange coloured, medium sized white head, fresh fruity nose. Wheaty, slight acidic fruity (orange, lemon) and mild yeasty with notes of spices and banana. Too watery palate.
