Aroma is moderate malty, sweet malt, fruity malt, light caramel, light to moderate hoppy, flowers, grass, fruity hops. Flavor is moderate sweet and bitter with a average to long duration, flowers, fruity, fruity hops, grass, sweet malt, pale malt, medium dry. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft. [20211009]

Sweetish mild beginning. Nice clove there, round and fruity with a nice banana-yeast sweetness. Long and fruity aftertaste, very mild and smooth, lots of yeast, moderate sweetish with a very soft texture. Very nice Weizenbock.
