Bottle. A clear pale golden yellow colour. Aroma of moderate sweet honey, wax, herbs. Taste of sweet honey, herbs, wax, sugar.

Light golden. Aroma is honey, wild herbs, really complex honey flavours. Taste is sour and sweet honey. A little bit boozy. Much character. Very drinkable. Good.

Bottle. Peach colour. Acetone and green apple aroma. Medium full sweet body. Sugar, off-flavors, not super enjoyable.

Bottle. Unclear golden color with white head. Aroma is honey, beeswax, light yeast. Taste is light apples, wild funk, beeswax, very drinkable, a touch wax in the back, also a bit baker's yeast. Silky mouthfeel with natural carbonation. Quite special, nice character, good!

Bottle, courtesy of DerA. Pours clear darkish golden. Aroma is intense straight honey with butter on a bread, like while cooking. Body is medium, sweet with lots of honey, but also quite floral and with bee's wax. Good!

2012 bottle, many thanks derA! Hazy golden color with no head. Aroma is beeswax. Taste is flowery, beeswax, boozy. Oily mouthfeel, flat. A bit overdone.
