Buying it directly at the brewery, Frastanz, august 2024, classical German helles, more metallic, than the helles but it is well balanced, light/medium body, malty, bready, perle hop, bitter, easy to drink, basic and pleasant after a busy week of work.

Buying it at the eurospar, Frastanz, possible to buy there per bottle, not possible at the brewery, rampenverkauf, not logical. Tasting it on the balcony, at Epalinges, yesterday, not bad, classical for the style, medium and malty body, bready, bitter.

Buying it at the Interspar, Frastanz, best before 10/24, opening the bottle two days ago at home, drinking it at Epalinges. A bit unbalanced and rough at the beginning but after it became better, smooth, malty, a bit metalic, yeasty, normal bitterness.

Full body, light carbonation. tastes honey, spices, light booze, Marzipan, tobacco, ripe fruits. finishes sweet bitter with notes of Marzipan, spices and honey. Nice one, tad on the boozy side. Good to very good stuff overall

Full body, light carbonation. tastes marzipan , coconut, toffee, honey, sweetness, spices. finishes lightly sweet with notes of Marzipan, spices and honey. Very nice one, really good to drink

Buying it at the interspar, Frastanz. Opening the bottle, on saturday night, at home, coming back from Courtelary. Classical and nice helles/pils, malty, smooth, bready, well balanced, nice German and floral bitterness, refreshing.
