Hazy orange color with white head that does down quickly. Aroma is floral, some citrus and grapefruit, hints of tropical fruits. Taste is refreshing, grapefruit yes, a hint herbal, light-bodied, but with quite a bready malt behind there. Finish is a bit bitter, but plain bitter, nothing interesting. Carbonation is low. Easily drinkable but could be more hoppy. Ok.

Tap at the brewery. Hazy golden to orange colour. Very nice and enticing wit. The extra hops only reinforces the classic wit flavours, orange particularly. High carbonation, very easily drinkable. Tasty and good.

From the bottle. Red color with white ring. Aroma is too weak, mostly malts, muddy cellar yeasts. Taste is malts and an off vinegar sourness, some citric acid as well. Low carbonation. Not good or well-composed at all, too much malts and the sourness is completely off. Reading the other ratings I am not sure what I had here. Maybe the bottled version is different?

Thanks to TimE for sharing the bottle at the tasting! Poured into a taster showing a light rose but bordering on onion brown. The nose shows a lot of sweet and clean rose petals, akin to a rose jelly/jam. The palate is moderately carbonated with a slight watermelon sweetness in between all the rose petal flavor. Reminiscent of Rose d’Hibiscus by Dieu du Ciel, dry but deceptively sweet in many ways making for very easy summer drinking.
