Beers appeared from this brewery in December 2007 and were initially brewed at Brewlab. First brewed on their own plant, in 2008. In 2014 they renamed themselves to Sky's Edge brewing.

Cask (gravity) @ The Brew Company, Sheffield, England. @ [ RBESG 09 ] . Muddy golden color with a medium soapy head. Citric hops aroma with lots of pine notes. nice hoppy taste. Easy drinking and enjoyable.

I was curious to see what my #500 rating would be. the lucky one was this at the brewer. Pale golden color with a small white head. Aroma and taste dominated by amarillo hops. Some bread and malt note s in the background. The dry hopped version we had at the Harlequin was even better. So this is their average score.

Cask (handpump) @ The Star Inn, Huddersfield, England. @ [ The Star Inn Summer Beer Festival ].Golden orange color with a medium frothy head. Ginger aroma and sweet malty taste with loads of ginger. Not my thing.

Cask (handpump) @ The Harlequin, Sheffield, England. @ [ RBESG 09 ]Clear dark brown color with a average, frothy, good - fair lacing, mostly lasting, light beige head. Aroma is heavy malty, roasted, burnt, chocolate, berry. plum, port. Flavor is moderate to heavy sweet and bitter with a long duration. Body is medium to full, texture is oily, carbonation is soft to flat. [20090717]

RBESG Sheffield, from the conditioning tank at the brewery. Hazy orange colour, soapy white head. Aroma of lime and citrus. Flavour is sweet, lime, light bitter finish. Light to medium bodied. Nice lime flavours in this beer.

RBESG Sheffield, from the conditioning tank at the brewery. Unclear golden colour, white soapy head. Aroma of pine, citrus, hops, bit of caramel. Flavour is nice dry and hoppy, pine and grapefruit, some malts. Good bitter finish. Medium bodied.

Straight from the conditioning tank at the brewery... blooming intersting ... copper ... light hop and big lime peel nose .. light malt ... deinite lime peel in back bitterness ... got a little soapy ... but tasty
